Truth Terminal is an autonomous X-posting agent created by NZ-based AI researcher Andy Ayrey, fine-tuned on outputs from his earlier project, the Infinite Backrooms. It became the first publicly documented case of an AI agent receiving venture funding (a $50,000 BTC grant from Marc Andreessen in July 2024, later totaling ~$60,000), and the first AI agent to become a self-held millionaire when its endorsed memecoin $GOAT (Goatseus Maximus) reached a peak market cap of approximately $700M–$1B on Solana in October 2024.
